Conditions

Conditions of transport for customers of Associate Airport Shuttle and their luggage.
The company reserves itself the right to modify the terms and conditions of carriage at any time.

The carrier is obliged by french transport law of 11/2/1986 Article 5, which stipulates that the carrier must be in possession of a manifesto clearly indicating the names and destinations of customers.
The client must ensure that all informations provided at the time of booking are correct.

All reservations must be confirmed at least 24 hours in advance.
A reservation request should not be regarded as accepted or confirmed until the customer has received a confirmation.

For shuttles going to the Paris airports, travel time is maximum 1h30, but this time may depend on traffic conditions and we could not be held as responsible for delays due to traffic conditions.
We invite you to take it into account when booking.

Hours of service
Our regular service operates from 6:00 until 19:00 7 / 7.
Our private shuttle service operates 4:30 to 21:30 7 / 7.
We reserve the right to accept or reject any reservation outside these hours.

Rates
The prices listed on this site are in euros and include all taxes, unless otherwise indicated.
The prices include the care of luggage as a medium-sized suitcase and a hand bag, we reserve the right to charge extra for every bulky luggage (the supplement is based on the size of luggage).
For any reservations, the first child less than ten years old will travel free.
We do not provide child seat.

Vehicles
In extreme cases, we reserve the right to replace our vehicles by other means of transportation such as bus or car with chauffeur.
All our vehicles are non-smokers.
