Where to catch the shuttle
CDG Terminal 1 (departures level, outside gate 18d), Terminal 2C (tourist information office), Terminal 2D (outside gate 6), Terminal 3 (arrivals car park). Check the stop in your confirmation and arrive before departure: the shuttle does not wait for late passengers, and a missed boarding is not refunded.

Gare de Marne-la-Vallée – Chessy (Disneyland Paris station). The station is at the entrance to the Disney parks and Disney Village; for a resort hotel, check how you will reach reception.

Park entrance or hotel reception?
A booking for Disneyland Paris should specify whether you are going to the park, an on-site hotel or another accommodation nearby. Use the full hotel name and address. A station or coach-stop arrival is not necessarily a hotel drop-off.
Build in time after landing
If you compare a rail connection at CDG with a road transfer, include reaching the station, waiting for the train and travelling from the arrival station to your hotel. The time spent on a train alone is not the full airport-to-hotel journey.
Prepare the family and luggage details
Include every child in the passenger count. Request suitable child equipment during booking and check its availability and cost. Declare pushchairs and large bags so the selected vehicle has room for the whole party.
Arrange the return separately
Use your return flight’s airport and date, and follow your airline’s arrival guidance. Confirm the collection address: a park entrance at closing time and a hotel reception are different meeting points.
