1. Check the airport and terminal

Read the airport name and code on your flight confirmation: Charles de Gaulle (CDG), Orly (ORY) or Beauvais (BVA). Check the terminal again before travelling. Your transfer must start at the airport where you actually land.

2. Save the full destination address

Keep the street address, postcode and accommodation name available offline. Share the same address with everyone in your group. A hotel name alone can be ambiguous; check the destination in your quote.

3. Count every traveller and bag

Include adults, children and babies. List suitcases, cabin bags, strollers and unusual items before choosing a vehicle. Request any child equipment or accessibility assistance in advance and obtain confirmation from the provider.

4. Keep pickup instructions accessible

Save the booking reference, meeting point, provider contact and delay instructions. Use the meeting point in your confirmation. A guide cannot tell you which exit your particular driver will use.

5. Compare the complete arrival journey

Check whether your offer ends at a shared stop or your accommodation. Include the onward walk or connection when comparing it with public transport. Confirm the total price, waiting policy and cancellation terms before paying.

6. Agree on a backup plan

Nominate one person to contact the provider if plans change. Check the airport and transport operator for current services. Keep your phone charged and your destination address accessible if your internet connection is unavailable.

Questions before you travel

What should I send to my travel group?

Share this public checklist and the destination address. Send personal booking details privately to the people travelling with you; do not post payment details or a booking reference publicly.

Can I print this checklist?

Yes. Use Print guide or your browser’s print option. Recheck terminal, timetable and pickup information close to departure, because a printed copy will not update.
